Second, player traffic is a big plus in Paradise Poker's column. Paradise Poker probably has the second-highest player traffic online, behind Party Poker. You're bound to find a real or play money game at most betting limits whenever you log on. We've also found players at Paradise Poker to be friendly and welcoming. If you're a newbie, you'll feel totally comfortable starting out here.

Third, the playing experience at Paradise Poker is competitive with other online poker rooms we've reviewed. The environment is smooth and easy to learn. The graphics, while not flashy, are clean and not cluttered. We've also found that games move along smoothly and quickly without technical interruption. Another nice feature is the ability to have a hand history emailed to you whenever you like. If you're interested in studying your game or your opponents, this is a great way to do it.

Our criticisms of Paradise Poker are limited, but there are a few things we would point out. First, customer service could offer a telephone option. Second, Paradise Poker doesn't currently offer multi-table tournaments. Third, while Paradise Poker offers a nice range of betting limits, their limits don't extend below $0.50. This is fine for moderate to high-limit players, but newbies or lower-limit players may want to think about the very low-priced tables at a poker room like Pacific Poker.
